We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at PPFW Web Developer Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and building strong customer relationships over the phone. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s services and resolve client queries.
- Maintain and update client databases accurately.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication with potential customers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call targets.
- Assist in coordinating with the sales and marketing team to boost conversions.
- Collect feedback and report customer needs to the management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic knowledge of web development services is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team.
